In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vortegra Technology Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to you, our valued customers. We understand that sometimes your book choices or plans may change, and you may need to cancel an order. The cancellation policy below explains the process:

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team through email.

• If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after the book is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification

We currently do not allow changes to books or delivery addresses once the order has been placed. You will need to cancel the order, if eligible, and place a new one.
